Todoroki Takaya takes part in a novice race driving a car tuned up by him. His ultimate goal is to join the F1 circuit. When he was about to win the race, he caught fire due to a mechanical malfunction. However, Nick Lambda, a retired top racer, recognized his talent and recommended him to Katori Motors. Soon, Takaya began traveling all over the world in order to join the rally. This is how his new challenge to win the championship with his own car, the “Todoroki Special”, began.
